Scope of services
Rising Arc Education provides counselling, admission assistance and visa documentation support. We are not an immigration authority and cannot guarantee admission or visa outcomes.
Fees
The first counselling session is free. Any service fee applicable to your case is disclosed in writing before you engage us, and institution or government fees are payable directly by you.
Student responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, genuine documents. Misrepresentation may lead to visa refusal or a ban, and we will discontinue support in such cases.
Third-party institutions
Admission decisions, tuition, course availability and scholarship awards are determined solely by the institutions concerned.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the service fee paid to us. We are not liable for decisions made by institutions, visa offices or airlines.
